Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has hailed Governor Emmanuel’s vision towards development that would encourage investment in the state

Chief Obasanjo stated this after inspecting the 21 Storey Smart Building, also known as Dakkada Tower located off Udo Udoma Avenue,

The former president who was on a private visit to Akwa Ibom, described the edifice as the most technologically advanced in the country and noted the ease of maintenance effected in the building.

The former president stressed that the facilities would attract business and development to the state and create jobs for the teaming youths.

Chief Obasanjo was conducted round the building by Governor Udom Emmanuel in company of the Commissioner for Special Duties, Mr Okpulupm Etteh and the technical crew handling the project.
